Health and Housing

Health and Housing are two critical aspects of meeting the physical needs of an individual. Even minor illnesses can cause serious issues for children and families in poverty. Being born with a disability can present challenges for anyone, but not having funds for basic medical care, much less specialized interventions, significantly increases the need.

Housing is a basic need to which every child should have access. However, when they have not home or their home is unsafe, we provide a place that is safe and loving where their needs can be met.

The HELPS model is holistic to meet all the health and housing needs.
