Volunteers should be willing to raise the funds they need for transportation to and from the project site, and to serve as staff co-workers without pay for the period agreed upon. You may volunteer as an individual or as a member of an organized group. Most of our volunteers go as individuals and work alongside others of different racial or ethnic backgrounds, which makes it an exciting and rewarding experience.
